Masters and Doctorates of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at the State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta held a Learning Orientation and Socialization with the theme "sukses studi dan berprestasi" which was held on 2-4 September 2021 through a zoom meeting. The Orientation and Socialization of Learning was attended by the Head of Study Programs and the Secretariat of Study Programs, and lecturers of the Masters and Doctoral Programs, as well as new students from the 2021-2022 class, totaling approximately 216 people.

The keynote speaker in this activity was Dr. Phil. Sahiron Syamsudin, MA as Deputy Chancellor II of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta in his speech he gave 3 principles to students to study, namely starting again to develop foreign languages ​​that were previously owned, trying to be on time in completing studies in Masters and Doctoral Programs, and making works that can be used as academic support. A speech was also delivered by Prof. Dr. Hj Sri Sumarni, M.Pd as the dean of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, in his speech conveyed to be a master and doctoral student who is productive and also able to spread benefits. The host of this activity was Khairatul Niamah, a student of Islamic Education Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.

The resource person who delivered material on the Learning Orientation and Socialization of new students for the class of 2021-2022, the first speaker was Prof. Dr. Hj Sri Sumarni, M.Pd delivered material related to "University Academic Development Policy", which was moderated by Dr. H. Zainal Arifin Ahmad, M.Ag. The second speaker, Mr. Suefrizal, S.Ag., M.Si discussed material related to "Faculty Academic Development Policy" with the moderator Hj. Ratna Eryani, S.Ag. In addition, another resource person, namely Dr. Imam Machali, M.Pd, Dr. H. Suyadi, S.Ag., MA delivered material related to journal article writing.

It is hoped that with the Learning Orientation and Socialization, students can obtain information and knowledge about the lecture process at the Masters and Doctoral Programs of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. So that students are more enthusiastic in preparing study plans until the end of their studies.
